When the sun comes out and the skies turn blue, you know that festival season is drawing near. Whether your festival tickle this summer is food and drink, art and crafts or my favourite, music, there is one thing that we all have in common … we need the right shoes or in my case sandals to help us walk, skip or dance our way from morning to night, and possibly through to morning again.

When it came to picking my sandals for this years festival craic, I knew I wanted a pair of unique looking sandals, a pair that would go with all of my wardrobe be it black turn-up trousers, shorts, bright blue jeans or floaty dresses and skirts. They’d have to be made well, great quality and if I was planning on wearing them from dusk till dawn or the other way around, they’d have to be comfy … I’ve been through my fair share of blisters in the sun, and I’m not talking about the ol’ ‘Voilent Femmes’ to know they are not fun!

They fit like a glove, they look the biz with my aforementioned jeans, skirts and dresses …. and they are quality made so I know that my feet will stay in the same shape they went into them.
