Indigo & Cloth – No. 9 Essex Street East, Temple Bar, Dublin
Indigo & Cloth is a Store, Magazine and Agency. I popped into their new home on Essex Street last week. It’s a fresh and stylish looking Menswear Clothing Store with a brew bar on the ground floor that serves freshly brewed coffee from Clement and Pekoe … tasty!
Also on the ground floor you will find publications, accessories and a little taster of the clothing that can be found up on the first floor. Indigo & Cloth started it’s life back in 2007 and was until recently based in Basement 27 on South William Street, again a stylish space that offered a range of publications, accessories, Men’s and Women’s clothing and an Agency.
It’s new Menswear home in Temple Bar has such labels as Norse Projects, Saturdays Surf NYC, Our Legacy, Oliver Spencer and Made & Crafted Levi’s. Indigo & Cloth are also a Creative Agency that provide sales and consultancy services but they don’t like to call themselves one and prefer to be known as a ‘Shop for Ideas’.
The clothing designs and collections they sell range from collaborations with up and coming Designers to established Designer collections that aren’t available on the Irish High Street. For more information on what they are all about you can watch this short film featuring Dubliner Gareth Pitcher of Indigo & Cloth and check out their website here.
