Farnese Fantini Trebbiano d’Abruzzo
Summer is rolling in fast. It’s a time for lazy evenings watching the sun go down … Hopefully. So with that in mind this weeks Bevvy of the Week is a very tasty wine from Italy. Farnese Fantini Trebbiano d’Abruzzo is a white wine produced in the northern part of the Abruzzo Region and is made from 100% Trebbiano.
Deep straw yellow in appearance with a very pronounced fruity nose. Melon, citrus and apple flavours all shine through, balanced with lively acidity and a crisp backbone.
This Trebbiano is a little more expensive than others at around €15 but it’s decent and worth the few extra euro.

Enjoy, Sláinte
