This week’s Bevvy of the Week is a South African wine called Douglas Green Rib Shack Red. Rib Shack Red is a blend of Pinotage and Shiraz. This really is the meat lovers red wine. It’s packed full of flavor, nice body and weight to it and the Shiraz brings in a little spice and pepper.

It’s a bit early in the year, but this wine is ideal for a meaty BBQ. So when the time comes to clean off the grill remember Rib Shack Red …. It won’t disappoint.

You should get it in a good Off Licence and will set you back about €12.00.
